SV series vertical machining centre is designed for Mold & Die Industry. 3 axes are adopted roller type linear guide ways to realize the best reliability and to ensure the highest performance on speed, precision, and rigid cutting requirements. Combining surface between spindle and motor are through scraping to ensure spindle performance and accuracy.

  • One-piece casting for axial bearing housing, XYZ axes with motor direct-driven ball-screw to make sure high positioning accuracy
  • Z axis with non-counter balance driven to ensure high acceleration transmission (Ball-bar test less than 0.01mm)
  • Roller type linear guide way, loading and rigidity are 30% higher than other C type machine with ball bearing type
